Q: What information do I need to provide when I inquire?
Each filter varies in design, dimension, materials and other important specifications. In most cases, it is difficult for us to determine your exact filter requirement by providing only the Part Number. To help us better understand your filter requirement, kindly send us a picture of the filter you need, including the exact sizes and the material to be used. We will contact you for any other information we may find necessary to provide an accurate quotation for you.
Q: Do I need to provide an actual filter sample?
We do not require all our clients to provide the actual sample. But in some cases, the actual sample is necessary for us to evaluate the correct filter media required and determine the filter construction itself. Providing your filter sample will reduce the risk of errors in design and sizing during the actual production and will guarantee your satisfaction in the final product you receive.
Q: Do you have ready stock for these filters?
We do not keep stock of filters mainly because every client have unique filtering needs. Each filter is manufactured upon receiving your firm order. This is why we recommend that our clients order their filters in advance, preferrably 1 month before their scheduled date of maintenance.
Q: I am an engineer and I would like to design my own filter. How can I get a quotation?
Engineers are welcome to design their own filters to fit their specific needs. You can take advantage of Filtgard's extensive filtration knowledge and advance manufacturing capabilities to design, test, and deploy your custom made filtration systems at your site. Just send us your filter's technical drawing and other key specifications and our Customer Service Representative can help you with the design and costing of your filter.

How do I order my filter?

Q: How do I order my filter?
Ordering your filter is as easy as 1..2..3. Step 1, Send us your Purchase Order. Step 2, Deposit your down payment. Step 3, Wait for our confirmation and we shall inform you on your filter's estimated time of completion.
Q: Can I request for a one (1) piece sample for approval before you produce my filter?
For your safety, we always produce a 1 piece sample for approval before we continue with the mass production. This way, you can test and make some revisions on the filter specification if necessary. In some cases where our clients does not need a sample for approval, we may proceed with the mass production of your order provided you have given us your expressed written consent.
Q: What is the usual production lead time for my orders?
Generally, we can only provide an estimated date of completion for your order. All orders are scheduled for production in a First Come, First Serve basis. We are not able to provide delivery date commitments until the filter production is already completed and waiting for the delivery schedule.
Q: When can I follow up on my order?
You may follow up on your order a few days before the given estimated date of completion. In case your order was completed sooner than expected, we shall contact you to schedule the delivery in the soonest possible time.

Q: May I request that my items be shipped to my address?
Yes, we can arrange door-to-door shipment to your address using the freight forwarder of your choice. Since our quote is for the price of the filter only, the cost of freight shall be paid by the client.
Q: Can you arrange for a delivery to our location?
We do accept delivery request provided that the client is located in the Greater Manila Area and the order is in big quantities.
Q: May I pick-up my items from your Sales Office?
For faster transaction, you may pick-up your orders directly from our Sales Office. Clients should first confirm that their orders are ready for pick-up before they visit our Sales Office. Our office hours is from Mondays to Saturdays (8:00am - 5:00pm) except holidays.
